A normal family from Romania. Mother, Father and three children: the Oldest one, the Middle one, the Little one. A three-room apartment in a condo. An ordinary Saturday… up to a point. Because from this day on, nothing will be as before. Nobody has any idea about what the Little one knows about all of them. A slice of everyone’s everyday life. A comedy. Just a comedy. Tickled off!
A winner of the Young Directors – Contemporary Texts contest initiated by Odeon Theater, the show has brought together young creators – an author (and actor, choreographer and director at the same time), Gabriel Pintilei, and a stage director, Alexandru Mihail, with a company of actors made up of individuals with very different kinds of professional experience, including a child, to give us some food for thought: is our daily, “regular” life real life or a nightmare we are not even aware of? Can we wake up from it? And do we want to?
The premiere occasioned the reopening, after decades, of the renovated and modernized Studio Hall of Odeon Theater.
The actress Ioana Anastasia Anton (UNITER Debut Award in 2008) received the Best Actress in a Supporting Role Award at the Festival of Romanian Comedy (FestCo) in 2011.
